Other streets near Währinger Strasse Station include Fuchsthallergasse, Semperstrasse, and Gentzgasse. The station is just 2 minutes walk from the building of Vienna Volksoper (Folk’s Opera), which is also featured in its name.
There are not many hotels close to Währinger Strasse Station. You will find hotels on the Gürtel, but most of them are closer to one of the other stations on metro line U6 (especially south of Währinger Strasse Station).
